1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 90jii ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the 90jii website at 90jii.org, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 90jii platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 90jii, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting, sabong streaming, and any promotional offers issued by 90jii. Additional terms specific to individual products or promotions may supplement these Terms — in the event of conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 90jii, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. Players who cannot verify this age requirement will not be permitted to access real-money features.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing wagers. 90jii is a Philippines-market platform and does not serve players in other jurisdictions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you are legally restricted from gambling — including by a court order, PAGCOR self-exclusion register, or similar — you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or director of 90jii, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person, without prior written approval from 90jii management.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other Philippine gaming regulatory body.

90jii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process and at any later point during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, SSS card, PhilSys national ID, or any other government-issued Philippine identification document that confirms your name, date of birth, and nationality.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 90jii. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the circumstances under which they are created.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering on 90jii, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid contact email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

90jii operates under PAGCOR regulatory requirements that mandate identity verification for all real-money account holders. You will be required to complete a KYC verification process before your first withdrawal and may be required to do so before certain deposit thresholds are reached. KYC documents required include:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, or equivalent)
• A selfie photograph holding the same ID document
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) not older than three months, if requested
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account name matching your registration details), if requested

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 90jii's compliance team may result in temporary restriction of account features, including withdrawal processing, until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90jii account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 90jii immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 90jii will never contact you to ask for your password. Any wagers or transactions placed using your correct credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you have reported a security incident before those transactions occurred.

3.4 Account Closure by 90jii

90jii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable Philippine laws, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity falsification, or underage access, balances may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

90jii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Bank transfers: BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank
• Additional payment methods as may be added to the 90jii cashier from time to time

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on 90jii is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment accounts may be declined or held pending KYC review. 90jii does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 90jii accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 90jii reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 90jii are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 90jii does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are borne entirely by the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

90jii offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you confirm acceptance of its specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by 90jii are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100% while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. No extension of bonus validity periods will be granted except in exceptional circumstances at 90jii's sole discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the 90jii bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, placing hedged or low-risk wagers specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or using automated betting software — constitutes bonus abuse. 90jii reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

90jii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Any promotional changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change taking effect.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 90jii platform — including slots, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), bingo, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds sourced from licensed game providers. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 90jii.

6.1 Game Results Are Final

Once a game round, hand, spin, or wager is completed and settled, the result is final. 90jii does not reverse settled game results except in the following limited circumstances: (a) a confirmed technical malfunction affected the game outcome; (b) a human error in odds or payout configuration is identified and documented; or (c) a game provider issues a formal correction instruction to 90jii. In all other cases, settled results stand regardless of outcome.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnections, game freezes, or software errors — 90jii will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. 90jii's decision on technical malfunction resolutions is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets offered on 90jii are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sports betting rules for that event type. 90jii reserves the right to void odds that were published in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90jii platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 90jii, whether under the same or different identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including proceeds of crime or money laundering
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 90jii support immediately
• Engaging in collusion with other players or 90jii staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Charging back deposits through your bank, GCash, or Maya after using the funds to wager
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 90jii support staff or other platform users
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a third party — including a family member — to access or operate your 90jii account

8. Responsible Gaming

90jii is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity and seek help when needed.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following self-management tools are available to all 90jii account holders from the account settings dashboard and take effect as soon as they are activated:

• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss you can sustain within a defined period

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 90jii platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of 90jii or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 90jii platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 90jii platform without prior written consent from 90jii.

The 90jii name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary trademarks of 90jii. Use of 90jii trademarks without written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

90jii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 90jii, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

90jii collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, contact details, residential address, payment method details, and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements including anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the platform experience.

90jii does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with: licensed game providers who operate games on the platform, payment processors facilitating your transactions, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies when required by Philippine law. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jii's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 90jii account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

90jii shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond 90jii's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to meet eligibility requirements at the time of wagering
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate third-party information about 90jii's products or promotions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 90jii's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 90jii, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of account and gameplay disputes can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 support channel. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

90jii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 90jii will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or via an on-platform notification before the changes take effect.

For minor or non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without individual player notification.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time you placed a wager governs that specific transaction. Continued use of the 90jii platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
